VIEWING PROPERTIES FOR SALE

If you'd like to view some of our properties please let us know -
which interest you and when you are coming.
We can arrange viewings for any time, although do require advanced warning in order to make an appointment, for you. Please note, we do not charge for viewings.
Please remember some times of year are busier than others (summer, Easter, school holidays) so we may not be able to show you properties at these times unless you have made an appointment in advance.
Yes you can view on Saturdays but I'm afraid Sundays are not possible in most areas. Saturdays are usually busy so weekdays are best. It is usually cheaper to fly Monday and return Thursday with low cost airlines.
We only offer escorted tours including pick-up from the airport for some apartment complexes where the developers offer this service.
In general, we find that most people prefer to be independent, having a hire car to explore the area in which they want to buy, instead of us just showing them the best bits.
If there is not an English representative in the area, our Italian colleagues will either speak English or if possible have an interpreter present. At short notice this is not always possible. If anything is not clear and you require further information after you've viewed, please let the England office know and we'll be happy to answer all your questions.
If you make an appointment to view with us, it is ESSENTIAL that we have your mobile number, and that if you can't make it for any reason, you inform us as soon as possible to avoid agents and owners/keyholders travelling, sometimes great distances, to meet you.
After you've viewed with us, we always appreciate it if you can drop us a quick email with any feedback about the properties you have seen. This helps us to advise owners of any drawbacks or disadvantages of their property and will hopefully enable us to persuade them to reduce the price in some cases.
