- Once a client has agreed to do business with Kìron, the company will solicit an agreement from a bank (written acceptance of the mortgage by the credit institution), well before the client has chosen their home. Thanks to Kìron, one is assured from the outset of the available funds for acquisition.
- In this way, the Kìron client is able to make an offer or sign an offer to buy without the risk of loosing their confirmation deposit.
- Furthermore, working in collaboration with surveyors and notaries, Kìron will manage all of the stages prior to exchange and resolve any potential problems that should arise during title and cadastral searches of the property.
- The Kìron client will be kept well informed every step of the way, with nothing more asked of them other than their appearance; with complete peace of mind for the exchange of contracts.
