GETTING MARRIED IN TUSCANY
Classical villas, historical monuments, castles, wine estates and farm properties are available for you for your unforgettable wedding. Location plays an important role in making your special day unique, so it's essential to bear in mind objective factors which can guide you in your choice.
If you are expecting a large number of guests, you may wish to
go for a villa with a big garden but which also offers shelter if it rains.
If, on the other hand, you have something more intimate in mind, you may like the idea of welcoming your guests in a rustic lemon-house lit by jasmine-scented candles or, of course, in your own home where we will create a simpler, family atmosphere. We will visit the venues in advance
to make sure that you give the aesthetic impression you like.
There are various ways of inviting relatives and friends such as a rinfresco which combines elements of formality with conviviality.
Or a cocktail party which is characterised by the perfect harmony of the table setting and the ambience.
The banquet will run smoothly without delays or hitches until the moment comes to cut the cake. This style of party is suitable for an afternoon wedding which although apparently informal requires impeccable organisation to entertain with class a large number of guests. Our cocktail parties are characterised by a variety of little details which embellish the table setting. To mention just a few - in spring, cherry, pear and magnolia blossoms; in summer, ears of corn or sunflowers, a classic which always has a big visual impact; in autumn, hydrangeas, daisies and Japanese buttercups; in winter, jasmine or juniper berries.
If your wedding is going to take place in the morning, you may like to offer your guests a substantial breakfast to start the day in the company of friends and relatives in an original and fun way. Our breakfasts include crisp brioches, hot pear turnovers, delicious pastries and, for those with a really sweet tooth, doughnuts with chantilly cream or chocolate muffins. For the savoury palate, we have cheese omelette, focaccia with fillings and a variety of sandwiches accompanied by coffee, milk or hot chocolate or a delicious cappuccino with a dusting of cocoa powder. To complete your breakfast, we offer freshly squeezed citrus juice, milkshakes and Indian or English tea.
Brunch is similar to breakfast in terms of the timing but different in that the emphasis is more on the savoury, with dishes such as salmon in bella vista, pasta salads, grilled vegetables, and pecorino and valerian salad.
A barbecue is the type of reception suitable for country locations with large open spaces. It includes not only the classical grilled meats but also a wide variety of vegetables, or slices of fish with cheese, or kebabs. A barbecue is suitable either for a wedding lunch or dinner.
And of course what could be more exclusive than celebrating your wedding in a splendid historic villa with a traditional candle-lit gala dinner?
We prepare food with the greatest attention to the smallest detail. Our experienced kitchen staff can create classic or modern menus with buffet specialities, choosing the right dish for the right occasion and serving everything in a sophisticated, refined manner.
Our theme buffets at the beginning of the reception will delight your guests with hot delicacies from the oven, a fondue corner, crispy fried specialities or charcuterie cut to order…
The exquisite dishes we prepare are made of genuine ingredients and are presented in the most effective way. Our delicious sweets go from wedding cake to yogurt mousse, crepes flambées and caramelised fruit to chocolate bonbons, chocolate morettini and fruit cascades.
The dishes are served on personalised disposable plates designed by expert printers to complement your special occasion.
