Property sales– our fee for selling property is 2% exclusive (sole agency), 2.5% non-exclusive (shared agency) plus Vat, payable to our Italian office. We do not charge you when we add your property to our website, only if we sell it. If you have a property to sell please send a brief description, location, and a few photos to karen@casatuscany.com. We do not accept all properties I’m afraid, only those that we feel will be of interest to our clientele, and if they are in an area we cover. We notify all our clients of our new properties for sale via our regular newsletter which goes out to the 3500 clients who have actively registered with us. We enjoy a very high position on search engines e.g. search for ‘property in Tuscany’ or 'Tuscany property' on Google and we are number two in the world. We also carry out advertising in magazines and at trade fairs. Ours is a full service which includes viewings, negotiation, contracts, translations, notary and any other advice or help necessary to see the sale through to completion.
Rentals – you can add your property to our website for £40/ €60 per year, including a full description, up to 6 photos, contact details, and a link to your website if you have one. This is a direct system of rentals so all enquiries go direct to you and you deal with bookings, payment and all other arrangements. If you would like to add your property to our website, please request the rental form from info@casatuscany.com.
Listing - in our directory of useful shops, suppliers and services – free – on this page - http://www.casatuscany.com/services/service.php?id=71. We will not accept all listings however – they must be relevant and of interest to our clients. info@casatuscany.com.
Full webpage advertising – we will accept a full page advert on the Info and Services section of our website, as long as it is relevant to our business and of interest to our clients. £150 per year. info@casatuscany.com.
