The property is located on top of a hill and dominates the surrounding countryside. The abbey of Sant’Antimo is just 22 km away while Lake Bolsena can be reached by travelling about 85 km. The nearest airport is Pisa, about 197 km away while Rome’s airport is 223 km away. The motorway (A1) is 67 km away and the Siena-Grosseto highway is 19 km away.

The prestigious Podere is on two levels and has a surface of about 260 sqm. At the moment the property is partially restored. The house has been partially restored: all of the stone facades have been sandblasted and plastered, the roof has been completely redone, insulated and ventilated, the foundations have been created, which were missing, and through reinforced concrete beams the whole house has been reinforced. The floors have been dismantled and rebuilt and the radiant floor has already been installed. internally the ‘coat’ has been made, covering all the walls with natural material for thermal and sound insulation.
Pre-arrangements have been made for air conditioning, a home automation system, extraction in all rooms, a volumetric alarm system and video surveillance, a home cinema system in a room on the upper floor.

The beams and rafters of the ceilings and the roof are made of French oak, so they cannot be attacked by woodworms.
