Luxury Villa Rentals in Tuscany – Villa Cala Moresca.    This stunning coastal villa is located in a dramatic position directly on the sea, a 10 minute walk to the beach and 7km from the high end of Porto Santo Stefano.  On the beautiful Argentario peninsula, the house looks over the turquoise waters to the islands on the horizon.  In the evening, the magnificent sunsets paint the sky in infinite colours.

The villa is a unique residence of its kind with a contemporary structure that seamlessly provides continuity between the inside and out.  Finished and furnished with refinement and luxury, every detail has been considered.

With 5 independent suites, each with its own access and external spaces, the villa sleeps 15 people.  An independent annex accommodates 2 more.  Outside there is a wonderful infinity pool with Jacuzzi, terraces and patios as well as a panoramic lift.  Fully equipped with all the conveniences you would expect, the property is fully air conditioned. The beach of Cala dei Gessi can be reached on foot or by free shuttle bus in high season and guests of the villa can enjoy its bar, swimming pool with sea water and children’s play area.  For those seeking total relaxation, why not book a massage, an in house chef or make the most of a baby sitter who speaks your language?  If culinary adventure is your thing, you can enjoy a cookery class or a wine tasting in your villa.  For those that want to get out and about, bicycles are also available to hire.

The Villa has 5 independent suites, each with its own access and external spaces and 2 lounges.

The salon with its 10-meter stained-glass window is a double height open-space, connected by a staircase. Upstairs, the study extends through a large window on a shaded patio.  The second salon in the attic tower is intimate and welcoming and features a 17th century fireplace. Upstairs, the turret offers a wonderful view.

The suite no. 1 is composed of s a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with patio, laundry room, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

The suite no. 2 is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

The suite no. 3 is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

The suite no. 4 is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The suite no. 5 is composed of living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The exterior features terraces, patios and a 18 x 4 metre swimming pool with whirlpool and infinity edge in continuity with the horizon.
