Luxury Villa Rentals in Tuscany – Villa Fattoria.  Located near Capannori in Tuscany and dating back to the beginning of the 19th century when it was a residence for workers on the nearby estate, Villa Fattoria is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by orchards, olive groves, Italian gardens and peaceful hills.  The small town of Vorno is reachable on foot.

Sleeping up to 15 people in 8 bedrooms, the villa has been beautifully restored in keeping with Tuscan style and retains its ancient charm with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and frescoes.  Outside there are splendid terraces perfect for alfresco dining, delightful landscaped gardens and a wonderful pool.  Ideal for weddings, the villa can accommodate up to 150 guests in the gardens and outdoor spaces.  Equipped with all modern comforts including air conditioning, the villa also boasts a daily chef service, a maid service, a concierge service, a helipad and a tennis court.
