This traditional farmhouse is located in the countryside of region Tuscany, and it was restored at the beginning of the 1990s. The location is close to some of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, such as Asciano, Rapolano Terme and Siena. Moreover, this house offers a quiet and private atmosphere with a swimming pool and a 3.800 sq.m. garden.

From an internal courtyard you access the basement. The first room you see is a unique living room, which was obtained by an old orangery. Now, this room is converted into a light habitable space, provided with a wide window that gazes towards the pool in the garden. In the basement, you find also a small bathroom, a storage, a laundry room and a tuff cellar, which may become your personal wine cellar.
From the basement, you can access the ground floor via an internal staircase with terracotta tiles landing to a hall. You can access the first floor either via the stairs in the portico area, or via the internal staircase. Both of them lead you to an additional, more intimate living room with fireplace, connected to the loggia, where you can chat and relax with your loved ones. On this floor, you find also the sleeping area, which is composed of five bedrooms. One of them is a spacious, light master bedroom with private bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom.
This floor will undoubtedly be your peaceful place to sleep, read sitting in front of the fireplace, or simply to spend your time doing what you like without any interruption from the outside world, as if it were a timeless dimension.

In just one hour and a half you can even get to Firenze, which is world-famous for its artistic and cultural heritage. In Firenze you can visit ‘Galleria degli Uffizi’, which is one of the most celebrated museums in the world, ‘Corridoio Vasariano’, ‘Palazzo Pitti’, ‘Palazzo Vecchio’, ‘Basilica di Santa Croce’ and many other monuments and landmark buildings.
