A traditional house beautifully restored in rural Tuscan style, situated 23 km north of Lucca.
This 3 bedroom house sits on a south-facing slope with a panoramic vista over the local valleys. The house is located near Piegaio and is a short distance from Pescaglia, the centre of the local municipality. Local stores are available in both villages and with Lucca only a 30 minute drive away, all facilities and services are readily available.

Entrance to the house is through double glass doors with external shutters leading to;
– A large kitchen area and dining room with a stone fireplace. The large stone sink is an impressive feature with cooker, fridge, dishwasher arranged in this area.
– An arch shaped entrance with wooden doors leads from the dining area to a sitting room with ceramic Austrian wood stove,

Water comes from mains supply with an option to use water from a series of local natural water wells. A large underground storage tank in the terraces above the house acts as storage for the well water. House drains go to a dedicated septic tank system.
The outside space consists of terraced vineyards interspersed with olive trees with private parking and further land, measuring in total 3,900 sqm. There is a small stone outbuilding used for storage located a short distance from the house.
Access to the property is via an unpaved public road which is easily passable by car and runs a short distance of approximately 300m from the local paved community road.
