The house enjoys an absolutely quiet, sunny, elevated position.
The overall structure (about 480 sq.m.) is composed of:

The house is located at the end of a private country road about 800 metres long, running between olive trees and the forest. The road requires maintenance work for about a third of the way to allow better water runoff.
The closest villages with shops and services are Castelnuovo Berardenga and Ambra both about 9 km. The Spa of Rapolano Terme is only 12Km and Siena is about away.
