Sinalunga is lovely and ancient Tuscan town. It is also the ideal base to see the rest of Tuscany: Its road connections are second to none and every road out is breathtakingly beautiful. Only 20 min to Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Arezzo and to the Lakes, half an hour’s drive to the magical city of Siena. One hour to Florence, and San Gimignano, one and a half to Rome. Sinalunga is not really on the tourist trail, which means it retains much of its charm and character. This town is in the centre of the wine growing region and completely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, which can’t help but complement a holiday in Tuscany.
The town itself has several great restaurants. The beach is 100 km away and skiing just 50 km on Monte Amiata
There are also supermarkets and a train station, which has good connections, and a public pool.
The Valdichiana Golf Club is just a 10 minute drive.
