Tourist accommodation consisting of two stone and brick farmhouses located in the immediate proximity of Anghiari, which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The main farmhouse, arranged over three levels totalling approx. 280 square meters and dating back to the early 16th century, has been meticulously and skilfully restored with traditional materials giving it an authentic Tuscan feel. Internally, we find various striking features such as stone walls, terracotta floors, old fireplaces, stone staircases and wooden beams.
On the ground floor there is a large recreation room leading out onto the porch of approx. 38 square metres, perfect to relax on hot summer days. On the same level, we find an old pigsty which has been converted to gym with bathroom and showers, which are also to be used by the pool.
The second farmhouse, dating back to the early 19th century, has also been restored with an eye for detail, and can be further extended with additional living space. At the moment it is arranged over two levels for a total of 140 square metres.
There is a beautiful fenced lawned garden with automatic irrigation system between the farmhouses and the pool.
The old drying kiln and some other small outbuildings can be restored and used for extending the property.
Beyond the pool area is a pinewoods with pond, and a bowling green.
The property extends over a total of 10.5 hectares (23 acres). Access to the property is easy and is via a tarmac road and private road.
