Chianti wine production:
Today the four hectares of vineyard produce 12t of grapes that yield 8t of wine, approx 11,200 wine bottles. The production can be increased to 25t of grapes that would yield 16t of wine, approx 23,200 bottles of wine. The vines cultivated are the classic Chianti wine: Canaiolo, Sangiovese, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Merlot.
Olive oil production:
Today the 800 olive trees yield approximately 12t of olives that gives 1,680 bottles of olive oil. If the plants were doubled it would be possible to produce approximately 3,300 bottles of olive oil.
Holiday Rentals:
The property’s unique setting offers an ideal environment for the international tourist that wants to explore the Tuscan cities and countryside. The property receives rave reviews from rental customers.
Today two out of four houses are short term rental units, with accomodation for eight people. If all four houses were used as short term rental units, there would be accomodation for twenty people.
Wood:
Every five years a few hectares of the forest are cut and the wood is sold.
The property can be rented out for events, retreats, hunting groups or for private events like weddings or corporate events.
