Ground floor: common areas including atrium, reception, bar, breakfast room, living room, TV room, toilets.
First floor and second floors: 14 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
In the basement are a further 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which are suitable for the disabled, and an anti-allergy bedroom.
On this floor there are also the treatment areas, consisting of a reception, two treatment rooms, a tanning room, a sauna with changing room and toilet.
On the other basement floor is the kitchen and various storerooms, changing room, staff toilet, cellar, boiler room, meeting room, 2 restaurant dining rooms, toilets and a terrace.
A lift connects all the floors.
