LOCATION

This wonderful farmhouse lies in the municipality of Seggiano, an ancient hamlet dating back to the 10th century. It was originally a property of the San Salvatore abbey on Amiata Mountain, on the border where Val d’Orcia and Maremma meet, famous for the views, the green woods and the olive groves where a top quality E.V.O oil has been produced in the same way for many centuries.

Places of interest such as Montalcino and the most famous hamlets of Val d’Orcia UNESCO site including Pienza, San Quirico and Castiglione d’Orcia are no further than 30 minutes by car.

Castiglione della Pescaia and the sea is about one hour by car and the Mount Amiata and the woods are reachable in about 40 minutes.
