In the heart of the famous area of Chianti, surrounded by 43 hectares of land, this beautiful estate and winery is located on a hill near a small town.

The estate is made up of a small group of houses which include, among others, the main villa, an outbuilding, some office buildings and the production cellar.

9 hectares of the land belonging to the property are vineyards that produce excellent certified organic Chianti DOCG.

Greve in Chianti is one of the municipalities of the province of Florence. Each municipality in the region has its own unique history, beauty, traditions and products but they are all have one thing in common – the wine, well known throughout the world.

This area is visited every year by thousands of visitors, wine lovers and tourists.

The winery comprises a small hamlet made up of several buildings surrounded by land covered with ordered rows of vines.

Outdoor spaces:

The property extends over 43 hectares of land, of which 8.84 hectares are dedicated to wine:

– 6.6 hectares produce Chianti Classico

– 2.17 hectares produce Tuscan IGT

The vineyards and the wine are the pride of the farm and have made it known throughout the world.

There is also a scattered olive grove with 300 trees which are about 40 years old which produce an excellent oil.

The remaining part of the land is woodland.

The large cellar houses vats, barriques and tonneaux that cover the entire working process of the wine. There is also a vinsantiera for the production of the famous Vin Santo.

All the buildings, both residential and production, have been recently renovated and are in excellent condition.
