Traditional Tuscan country house, just recently fully restored to a high standard, with amazing views and energy class A+++.

The villa dates back to 1920. It was just a ruin when the owners bought it and decided to fully restore it.
There is 1 hectare of fenced land surrounding the house. On the land there are lot of rosemary bushes, fruit trees, olive trees and a spectacular brand new swimming pool of 14 × 7 metres.
