Montecatini Val di Cecina is a picturesque village, situated about 400 meters above the sea level and offering all necessary services such as bar, restaurants, bank, post office, pharmacy, grocery and so on.

The village is only 20 minutes from the Etruscan town of Volterra, 40 minutes from the closest beaches and a little over an hour from Pisa international airport.

The villa is only 5 minutes by car from Montecatini and it’s easily accessible by a 2 km unpaved road in good condition.
