The property is located in Cetona, a medieval village named after the famous mountain where it is situated. A few kilometers away there is the railway station of Chiusi – Chianciano Terme, and also in Chiusi you can enter the highway from where you can reach in just over 1 hour, to the south Rome and to the north Florence. The ski facilities of Monte Amiata are about 60 km away while the beaches of the Grosseto area are just over 150 km away and Lake Trasimeno is about 30 km away.
