Description:
16th century villa in Chianti, 18km from Florence city – only 20 minutes by car. We have 3 apartments each with its own private south-facing garden.

Our villa was built in the 16th century on the ruins of a 10th century castle.
We are at 400m altitude, with fantastic views overlooking the Valdarno valley, we are surrounded by forest and olive groves.

We are interested only in medium and long rentals. We can accept pet cats and dogs if well behaved.

The rental includes bed linen, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc.
Electricity and gas heating are not included in the rental price.

– The tower study has a large lemon terrace, tower study, 3 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, stone fireplace and garden.

– The Archway has an alcove terrace, 2 bedrooms, large sitting room and kitchen, stone fireplace and garden.

– The Palm courtyard, has a large artist’s studio, 2 bedrooms, and sitting room with kitchen and a beautiful palm garden with fountain.

Bathrooms: All 3 apartments have 1 bathroom each in grey slate with bath tub, WC, basin and bidet.

Heating: All 3 apartments have central heating as well as the fireplaces in the Archway and Tower study apartments.

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, television, satellite television, iron and ironing board, internet access, telephone.

Pets allowed:
yes

Cleaning/linen:
– 2 sets supplied
– no cleaning or laundry services provided
– each apartment has a washing machine.

Not suitable for disabled people.
Suitable for elderly only if agile and strong walkers

Prices:
