In Valdinievole, an agriturismo a few kilometres from Montecatini Term, a splendid structure obtained from the renovation of an old 17th century mill with barn .
For a long time the owners had been looking for a ruin to restore and when they found it, they could only just see it as it was surrounded by a mass of blackthorns, totally abandoned.
They set about making it their dream property.
Today the structure is made up of several buildings where six apartments and a further bedroom have been set up which are rented out, mainly in the summer period.
