In Valdinievole, an agriturismo a few kilometres from Montecatini Terme, a splendid structure obtained from the renovation of an old 17th century mill with barn.
For a long time the owners had been looking for a ruin to restore and when they found it, they could only just see it as it was surrounded by a mass of blackthorns and totally abandoned.
They set about making it their dream property.
Today the structure is made up of several buildings where six apartments and a further bedroom have been set up which are rented out, mainly in the summer period.
The units are all equipped with excellent services such as air conditioning, TV, telephone, WI-FI, kitchens equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, and almost all with fireplace, and barbecue.
One apartment has a bathroom equipped for the disabled.
The buildings are surrounded by approximately 5 hectares of land, a lot of which is olive grove which produces extra virgin olive oil.

The structure has a beautiful swimming pool and other facilities.
The tourist accommodation business has excellent results.
