In Val di Pierle, between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometers from Cortona, ancient village with swimming pool. Description
Only ten minutes by car from Cortona the ancient hamlet is characterized by its generous amount of land and floor area for residential purposes. The central nucleus is on three levels, currently hosting the main villa with the large kitchen, the living room characterized by the ancient stone fireplace and the large sleeping area located on the first floor.
Adjacent to this habitable part, there are large spaces to be reorganized by dividing the spaces into suites with private bathrooms or apartments for guests of an area from 80 to 150 square meters approximately.

Condition and finishes
The property is completely made of stone and needs maintenance and renovation works. The floors are in old terracotta, there are vaulted stone ceilings and wooden windows. Everything is reminiscent of the old country dwellings serving agriculture but with a very harmonious and elegant rural stately style.
The apartments have been conservatively renovated in classic Tuscan style.
Potential uses
The hamlet is perfect to be used as an accommodation business with a winery. It is possible to build a winery for direct vinification of grapes.
