About 10 km north of Siena, the estate covers 102 hectares/252 acres, over the municipalities of Radda in Chianti and Castelnuovo Berardenga, made of rolling hills, valleys and a 2.4 acres (1 ha) private lake. The vineyards cover 70.4 acres (28.5 hectares), with rights for an additional 7 hectares (17 acres) to be replanted, and each has its own unique terroir: a combination of soil, altitude and exposure, resulting in wines of extraordinary complexity.

Currently under organic conversion since 2021, with final certification planned for this year, it produces some 130,000 bottles of fine Chianti Classico DOCG (4 labels) and IGT Toscana (6 labels), all of which have been awarded for their authentic expression of terroir with excellent scores obtained from JamesSuckling, Wine Hunter and Decanter. The wines are also featured in the most renowned wine guides such as Slow Wine, Veronelli, Weinwisser and Bibenda.

More than 2,000 sqm (21527 sq ft) on three levels are dedicated to the winemaking facilities, equipped with cargo lifts, convenient access for trucks, air conditioning, basement cellar with ageing rooms and barrels, from steel to wood.

The centuries of history of this place are preserved in the manor house, built on the walls of a medieval fortress that still preserves its ramparts, some towers and the stone bridge dating back to the 1400s. After centuries of battles it was later transformed into a luxury mansion where the Tuscan aristocracy spent the summer months thanks to the fantastic Chianti Classico area microclimate.

Around the villa are the farm buildings in typical Tuscan style. One has been restored and has 8 suites, one a tasting room, while both the villa and the other buildings need some restoration.
