The unit is located within a typical Tuscan farmhouse, with absolute privacy, in a beautiful hamlet with swimming pool, and has two private outdoor spaces, one on the front and one on the back. The ground floor consists of a large living room with wood stove and access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen diner with access to the other garden with a porch, ideal for outdoor dining, a utility room and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
