The farmhouse is set on the gentle slope of a hill and is on three levels,  composed as follows: on the ground floor upon entering there is a spacious living room/kitchen connected to a small living room with exposed beams.

Continuing, the hallway leads to a bathroom and the three bedrooms.

The upper floor, with external access via staircase, is in need of renovation and we find a spacious living area and three more bedrooms, all with exposed beams.

In the basement, on the other hand, there are rooms for cellar and former stable use with original terracotta floors and beautiful vaults, as well as a small storage room and a large warehouse that could easily become a garage.

The property enjoys three agricultural outbuildings: one on two levels with ancient wood-burning oven and former pigsty rooms and on the second floor two storage rooms. The other two outbuildings are a small brick storage building and a barn.

Condition and finishes:
The property needs renovation on the second floor, while the ground floor is habitable with work needed on the finishes. The windows and doors have been changed recently, and the waterproofing of the roof maintaining the original roof tiles has also been recently carried out. The farmhouse has exposed beams, vaults and terracotta floors to be restored.

The exterior is in stone, and there is a well that needs cleaning out. For the water supply there is already a connection to mains/town water, as well as for electricity and sewerage, while currently the farmhouse is heated by simple wood burners.

Outdoor space:
Outside, the property enjoys about two hectares of arable land with trees and olive trees. There are fruit trees (plum trees) and the access road of about 250 m is unpaved but in good condition.
