Cerveteri is a town to the northwest of Rome, near the sea. It is known for the well-preserved necropolis complex, once part of an Etruscan city. The Banditaccia Necropolis is made up of a series of pre-Roman tombs, some with fragments of wall paintings. Finds such as urns and statues are exhibited at the Cerveteri Museum, inside the 16th century Ruspoli Castle.

Ancient 17th century farmhouse completely renovated with an internal area of about 560 sqm distributed on 3 levels with a private park of about 3.5 hectares, mostly with fruit trees and olive groves.
The farmhouse is located in Cerveteri, in the province of Rome in the residential area near the historic center adjacent to the famous Banditaccia necropolis.
There are four entrances to the property.
On the ground floor we find the reception area with a marble fireplace and access to a wooden mezzanine, lit by large windows that allow direct access to the garden. There is a kitchen diner and a nice dining area. Serving the kitchen there is a very large larder, then there is a bedroom with bathroom and a laundry area.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with three bathrooms, all with windows overlooking the garden and going up another floor, in the tower there is a further double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet.
There is an outbuilding as well as 3 covered parking spaces, a cellar, and a wood-burning oven.
The house is very versatile – suitable as a home for a family or to use it for events or rentals.
