Description
The main villa overlooks the grounds of the property and houses most of this charming hotel. Large entrance with sliding glass doors leads to the ground floor where there is a large hall with reception, a beautiful and spacious dining area with panoramic windows from where you can see the park and the historic center of Florence; very classic and refined style bar where it is pleasant to spend an evening with friends or alone after a trip around the city.
While on the first and second floor there are the guest rooms, all with their private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning; nine of the bedrooms have large panoramic terraces furnished with taste and care.
Part of the villa is used as the owners’ private home and has additional large spaces – two living areas with fireplace, three bedrooms with two bathrooms, kitchen and wardrobe. On the basement floor but with window there is a large professional kitchen consisting of two rooms and several small rooms used for storing products, as well as a fridge room. Kitchen area is conveniently connected by the staircase with restaurant.
In the annex, recently renovated, on the ground floor there are three large suites for families, while the basement is currently used to store the necessary materials for the hotel. There are also small outbuildings for the staff, technical rooms both for the light / gas plant and for swimming pool.
