Wonderful 17th century residence which belonged to one of the most influential patrician families in Florence.

The villa of about 2500 square metres is immersed in its park of over 5000 square metres with large swimming pool in travertine and a majestic annex.

In 2001 the current owners began the restoration work aimed at preserving the characteristics of the original structure and the result obtained is incredibly beautiful.

Location

Located in a strategic position for reaching all services and a short distance from famous Montecatini Terme and close to the great cultural capitals such as Florence and Pisa, which are about 45 minutes by car. Description

Leaving the main street, you reach the imposing private gate that opens the doors of this wonderful historic home to us. The main villa of about 2500 square metres is on three floors.
