Description
You reach the farm by driving a few minutes along a dirt road that offers an amazing view, characterized by rolling hills. You feel like you are in a painting, everything is beauty and harmony. On reaching the automated gate you greeted by a first building, the wine cellar. The cellar has an area of 745 square meters, over two levels. it is completely autonomous in terms of refining, aging, bottling, storage and labeling of wine. A tasting area and offices have been created near the production area to convey to customers the true atmosphere that only Tuscany gives.
The farmhouse of about 550 square meters is on two levels plus an apartment for the janitor and a garage.
On the entrance floor we are greeted by two large living rooms, one characterized by the large fireplace, the kitchen, and the laundry room in addition to a service bathroom. In total the double bedrooms with private bathrooms are 10.

The rooms lead out onto large porches, loggias or the garden.

The farm and the farmhouse stand on hills from which there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The garage can comfortably accommodate two / three cars.

Location
The beautiful property is located just a few kilometers from the delightful little village of San Giovanni d’Asso, a hamlet in the municipality of Montalcino that lies in the heart of the Crete Senesi along the Asso stream from which it takes its name. The territory of San Giovanni d’Asso is a rare example of a harmonious union between nature and the imprint of man. it is rich in farmhouses, small villages, castles and parish churches, well distributed throughout the territory. The present municipality dates back to the time of the Risorgimento (1870); its economic base has always been agriculture, although, during the first half of the 20th century a lignite mine, a type of coal of strategic importance during the two world wars and the 1930s, was active in Montisi. Today, the economy of our municipality is based on skilled agriculture (oil, wine, cheese) and an expanding tourism sector. in addition, San Giovanni d’Asso is one of the most important international centers for the collection of white truffles. in fact, one of the important tourist attractions is precisely the truffle festival held every November. Of medieval origin, the small town of the important sights such as: the Romanesque Church of San Pietro in Villore, the 12th-century Castle and the Ragnaia Woods.
