ITALY, TUSCANY, SIENA, BUONCONVENTO
Stone farmhouse to be recovered in the municipality of Buonconvento, in the center of the Crete Senesi and a few kilometers from services, dates back to the early 1900s and has great potential given the location and large volumes to be exploited.
The complex is developed in two large buildings on either side of the white road, one a former tobacco drying building optimal to recover the volumes being a constrained area. The other is an old farmhouse on two levels, with warehouses and sheds on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor; one of about 100sqm with two rooms and the other of about 240sqm with 5 rooms. Attached to the latter building there are also collapsed volumes to be recovered, there is also a farm machinery shed of about 100 sqm and a well.
