Near Caprese Michelangelo in the Arezzo province of Tuscany, a characteristic stone farmhouse with swimming pool, an annex and surrounding land.
The main body is distributed over three connected levels, has an area of over 250 square meters, is renovated maintaining the Tuscan style and is composed as follows;
Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry room.
First floor: lovely loggia with wood-burning oven, large study with glass walls, bedroom and bathroom.
Second floor: three bedrooms and bathroom.
Next to the main body we have an house with an independent entrance, in its raw state, for a possible guest annex.
