A Former Monastery with Villa, Church, Annexes, Pool, Vineyard, Olives. It has views over the entire valley. Castiglion Fiorentino in the background and the Val di Chiana in the distance, surrounded by peace and quiet. This property was, until 1800, a Calmadolese monastery.

It consists of a main building of approx. 480 square metres, an outbuilding with two apartments, a charming church, last restored in 1751, plus garage, outbuilding and swimming pool with views over the Tuscan countryside.

The church, which measures approx. 110 square metres, has been deconsecrated. It has a truss ceiling with wooden beams and tiles; a part of it requires some restoration.

The two self-contained guest apartments, one of which measures 90 square metres and the other 40 square metres, are independent, looking out over a garden of approx. 500 square metres to be used exclusively by the guests, separated from the rest of the property by means of an wrought-iron gate.

The circular pool is located to the side of the apartments, surrounded by typical Tuscan vegetation, and is very private. The garden which belongs to the main house measures approx. 3000 square metres.
