In the famous Chianti area of the Tuscan countryside on a hillside in a panoramic position, tall trees surround this former farmhouse. The property enjoys a large outdoor area of about 5,000 square metres, fully fenced, and 3 hectares of further land which consists of woods, a small vineyard, and an olive grove with over 200 trees.
The villa, renovated in the year 2000, is on two floors, and on the ground floor there are three entrances.
Ground floor: a kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, a bedroom with two single beds, dining room with fireplace adjacent to the kitchen, large living room with a fireplace. The living room also has access to the covered terrace which offers the ideal space for pleasant outdoor dining.
First floor: master double bedroom with a hall, two bedrooms with single beds, a double bedroom as well as a further double bedroom with fireplace, bathroom with shower. In addition, all the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Basement: cellar as well as a boiler room.
Additionally, there is a barn of about 60 square metres, to restore. It is ideal as a guest house or staff house.
The house is in the heart of Tuscany, on the hills of Chianti.

Distances: The nearest village with the first basic services is about 3 km. A smaller village with a bar / restaurant / grocery store is 1.5 km away.
