Restored stone farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s, located near Molazzana, in the Garfagnana area of the Lucca province of Tuscany.
Once used for marble processing, the property has been completely renovated and transformed into a residential building.
The farmhouse is located in the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, 900 metres above sea level, in a beautiful panoramic position and where there are various paths mapped for excursions on the beautiful marble mountains.
