Beautiful stone farmhouse of 650 square meters, recently renovated maintaining the original structure.
The main body consists of 4 independent but easily reconnectable apartments: three of which have the following subdivision – a kitchen, large living area, two comfortable double bedrooms with bathroom and laundry. The oldest part, dating back to the thirteenth century, served as a watchtower, and is currently divided into four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an ancient kitchen, a living room and a study at the main entrance level.
State and finishes
The complete restoration has maintained the ancient style of the property. Currently it is in perfect condition thanks to the owner’s love for every single detail. The external walls are of stone, the ancient terracotta floors, the high ceilings embellished with original exposed beams and the typically Tuscan terracotta create a familiar and very welcoming atmosphere. To enrich the property there are ancient working chimneys that promise cosy evenings.
Outdoor spaces
Land of about six hectares, partly flat and lawned, partly olive groves and woods, partly planted with fruit trees. Splendid flowers decorate the façade of this cottage.
