Description:
The farmhouse consists of three main bodies as follows: the main house, of nineteenth-century origin, of about 320 square meters is on three levels.
On the ground floor, accessed by an ancient door, you enter a large living room with a fireplace connected to a second living room. On this floor there is a service bathroom with a brick vault, a wine cellar obtained from a compartment under the stairs and a spacious rustic kitchen. This floor is completed by a bedroom with en suite bathroom with external and independent access.

The main cultural and tourist centers of the area such as Pienza, Monticchiello, Cortona, Montalcino, San Quirico can be reached in a maximum of 40 minutes by car as well as the cities of Siena, Perugia and Arezzo which can be reached in 45 minutes. The motorway tollbooth that connects Florence and Rome is about 15 minutes by car, while about 20 km there is the railway station with quick connections to the main cities.
