This farmhouse of about 600 sqm plus stable and outbuildings is part of a farm of about 40 hectares located near Montisi, in the municipality of Montalcino (si). It is located in a privileged position on a hill and the owned land completely surrounding the property.

Location
The farm is located about 2 km from the old town of Montisi; a small village in the municipality of Montalcino, a few kilometers from San Giovanni d’Asso. It is a historic village a few kilometers from various points of interest. In fact, within 20 Km we find Asciano, Buonconvento, San Quirico d’Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano and Trequanda. The nearest motorway access, that of Bettolle, is about 18Km away. The Buonconvento railway station, from which it is possible to reach Siena and Grosseto, is 25Km. The airports of Florence and Rome are respectively 125 and 230 kilometers away.

Description
The property is accessed by a characteristic avenue of cypresses, along which you first encounter the large stable of about 1500 square meters (currently used for raising rabbits), then the main house with its annexes. The house is about 600 square meters and is currently divided into three units, two connected by internal doors and a smaller one located on the ground floor and separated from the others.
On the ground floor of the first unit there are four independent storage areas, accessible from the outside.

The main house is currently inhabited by the owners and is therefore in good condition and all the facilities are working. Of particular note is the centralized wood heating system with boiler, which allows considerable financial savings.
If a new owner wishes to use the property differently, works will certainly be needed to restore the annexes and modernize the main building.
