Description
Along a country road just 2 kilometers from San Quirico D’Orcia stands this farmhouse of 700 square meters served by a private country road and surrounded by ancient olive trees.
The farmhouse is on two levels and today is used as boutique hotel and offers its guests five very spacious double rooms with private bathrooms.
On the ground floor we are greeted by the reception where there is an office and a display area for the produce. On the entrance floor there is a large living room with fireplace and study. The two large equipped kitchens, and a double common area dedicated to guests finish the ground floor of the luxurious dwelling.
An old outdoor oven adjacent to the farmhouse is very characteristic and beautiful.
Upstairs are the five bedrooms with bathrooms.
Outdoor space
The farmhouse is immersed in private land of about 35 hectares: 5 are planted with vineyards which produce extraordinary organic wines, 5 with olive groves, 4.37 with woods and the remaining 20 hectares are arable land.
Around the farmhouse the wonderful garden is flat and offers spaces for organising aperitifs with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Fruit trees and flowers have been planted to provide fragrance and colour.

The house is in energy class A+ , a construction excellence in the area. The facade is in original stone and excellently preserve. Fine wood has been laid in the sleeping area while in the common areas of the ground floor there is high quality ceramic flooring. The walls have been plastered and the ceilings feature wooden beams and old terracotta.

Places of interest such as Montalcino, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Siena and Florence are 60 and 120km away respectively.
