The farm comprises 159 ha of land under production and 6300 cubic meters as holidays structure: Agriturismo. The agriturismo comprises 14 flats (1477 sqm). Each unit has independent entrance, a piece of private garden and they are all well-equipped and furnished with autonomous systems and refurbished according to the typical Tuscan style with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.

The wine and oil production is at the moment, managed by a third party: the oil production reach 2000 kg a year but it has the potential and condition to be improved to 4000 kg (depending on the season mostly).
