The estate, in addition to being a wine and olive growing company, producing the renowned Chianti Montalbano DOCG wine, is used as a location for ceremonies, weddings and various kinds of events.
Type: estate with ancient villa on three levels of approx. 900 sqm, renovated and with restoration works nearing completion, consisting of the offices of the activity, the reception for the hosting business, an apartment or tasting room and a barrel cellar in the basement nearing completion. Near the Villa, there is the medieval building on three levels of approximately 1,085 sqm: the first floor needs renovation works. The building consists of a cellar for winemaking, rooms for bottling, pressing and drying, warehouse, packaging area and service bathrooms. On the other side, we find a tall building of about 600 sqm, composed on the ground floor of a company oil mill, a canteen for employees, a shed for agricultural vehicles, a workshop, a fuel room, goods storage, room for the packaging of oil, and on the first floor a large warehouse for olives with plant for feeding the oil mill.
