Independent residence with 8 beds and spread over three floors.
The ground floor includes an entrance hall, adjoining dining room and kitchen leading to a large terrace with dining table for 12 and views of the countryside.
On the first floor there is a living room with access to a small covered veranda, a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning, and a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom.

The prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed and bathroom linen, air conditioning, and final cleaning (linen change is weekly).
Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a security deposit of €500.00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any costs for damages incurred.

Pets: €25.00 per week. Crib: €30.00 per week. Extra bed: €80.00 per week.

Check-in: 4-7 PM | Check-out: 9:30 AM.

Swimming pool open from May 1 to October 31.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be requested based on the regulations of the municipality hosting you.
