Villa Ciabòt

Nestled in the hills of the Langhe, Villa Ciabòt features a large balcony overlooking the panorama and the ancient village of Neive, which is only 3 kilometers away. Through natural windows created along a cypress hedge, whether you are seated poolside or on benches built along an interior wall of the pool or seated at an outdoor table, you can glimpse eight rows of hills as far as the eye can see, all the way to the mountain range of the Alps.

Completely renovated in a contemporary style using old brick, Langa stone, wood and iron, it is equipped with the latest technology and fine furnishings.

The 400-square-meter garden is home to low-growing plants such as hydrangeas and is divided into three terraces that create small corners of peace, while tall trees border the garden to the southwest.

The infinity pool is one with the villa, separated from it only by the long porch, which the rooms on the lower floor overlook, and bordered on three sides by the garden. It has a rectangular shape and is accessed by a Roman staircase with 4 steps 180 cm wide. It is lit at night and is chlorine purified. Around it the solarium area equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrella. At the pool level, along the porch that runs along the long side of the pool, there is access to a small changing room, equipped with a shower with hot water, where items used during the day in the pool can be stored.

The relaxation space, on the entrance level of the villa, consists of an indoor area with TV and stereo and an outdoor area with breathtaking views.

The kitchen is a large space that features in addition to all the latest appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher) a central island with burners with induction plates and with a large shelf for preparing dinner with friends; the large solid wood table creates the perfect country kitchen atmosphere and the designer chairs in hazelnut color recall the dry fruit par excellence of these hills; the fireplace, a sofa bench and a piano complete the environment.

On the ground floor, next to the kitchen is a small laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, iron, and first-aid kit.

The villa has four bedrooms, inspired by the four elements of nature and inviting guests to choose according to their color preferences. On the second floor of 3 double bedrooms in addition to an open space with sofa bed on the lower floor that directly overlooks the pool.

Security deposit € 1,500.00. Upon arrival, guests must hand over the security deposit, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Check out by 10 a.m.

Pool open from May to end of October (unless otherwise noted).

Services included: consumption of electricity, gas, water, final cleaning and linen.
A/C included in the price. Heating to be paid on site: 70€/day
