1 bathroom with shower, veranda, terraces, gazebo, garden, swimming pool, sun terrace.

The villa can be rented also for groups up to 10 guests (only first floor, without the ground floor)

• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Possibility to rent without the ground floor - total beds available: 10 beds
• Arrival day: Saturday only from 20/06 to 29/08
• Security deposit: € 2000, to pay cash on arrival
• Pets: Not allowed
• Check-in: 16:00-21:00
• Check-out: 08:00-10:00
• Late arrivals: 21:00-24:00, if agreed charged € 50 (to pay on site on arrival)
• Tourist tax: yes

 

 

*Payment terms
Deposit equal to 30% of the total price to be paid upon confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid 75 days before the start of the vacation.
