Villa le Selve

Being enchanted by a unique panorama, abandoned in the pool water whose horizon merges with the blue of the lake, is undoubtedly a privilege for the few.
The external environment of the Villa Le Selve offers, in addition to the large infinity pool equipped with natural salt sterilization treatment, a large hydromassage bath set in stone masonry and a poolside area organized with deckchairs and a table for outdoor dining. 'open.
All framed by flower beds with fragrant essences and blooms and by the expanse of olive trees. A further precious detail: at the request of customers, the main pool can be heated to enjoy the outdoor environment in any season and appreciate the surrounding nature and its different colors in different seasons.

The Villa (218 sqm) has 6 + 2 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds.
On the ground floor an open space with an iron and glass conservatory overlooking the lake and a gas fireplace. The open space is furnished with a table for lunches and dinners, behind the dining room the fully equipped kitchen, developed around a central marble counter. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with toilet.
Downstairs SPA area overlooking the garden and the lake. The SPA is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, an emotional shower, a relaxation area with chaise lounge beds and a kettle for herbal teas.
On the first floor the three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, the latter with the possibility of adding a children's bed. Each room has a private bathroom (1 bathroom with shower and 2 bathrooms with bathtub) and hairdryer.

Minimum Stay

From January 10 to April 3 – from April 11 to May 29 – from September 26 to December 18: Minimum 3 nights

From April 4 to April 10 & from May 30 to September 25: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)

From December 19 to January 8, 2027: 7 nights

Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (time of arrival has to be communicated at least 7 days prior arrival)
Check-out: from 8am to 10am.
Deposit: €1.500 to be paid upon arrival with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and it will be returned at the end of the stay

General Terms
Villa Le Selve hosts 6 people: 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 extra single beds can be added for a total of 8 people.

Pets
Small dogs are allowed, on request, at a price of €100,00 per stay per dog, but no more than 2.
An additional deposit of €500,00 per dog is required.
