Villa Mirta

Villa Mirta is located a few kilometers from San Severino Marche, a beautiful village in the heart of the Marche hills.
Villa Mirta is composed of 3 historic structures (manor Villa, Vedetta Villa with small square and garden, Villa i Granai with small square and wood-burning oven), 16 Suites and Apartments, for a total of 35 + 13 beds. Renting the villa in exclusive will be available to us 8 kitchens + 1 professional (used for catering). The villa has a large fenced-in dog area consisting of 3 divisible areas. Furthermore, the structure has a secure outdoor parking with ample capacity and inside the villa can only park cars for people with disabilities.

Villa Mirta is composed of the main villa with the Mezzanine, Villa Vedetta and Villa Granai and can accommodate a total of 35 + 13 people.
The main villa has 9 rooms, 7 of which in the villa and 2 rooms in the Mezzanine for a total of 19 + 7 beds : 1 master suite composed of a double room with kitchen, en-suite bathroom and it is possible to add 2 single beds ( 2 + 2 people); a Superior triple room with double bed and a single bed with en-suite bathroom (2 + 1 persons); another Superior triple room with double bed and a single bed with en-suite bathroom (2 + 1 persons); a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa bed, small kitchen with living room and another bathroom (2 + 2 persons); a Superior triple room with double bed and single bed, en-suite bathroom (2 + 1 persons); two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom (2 people each room). Il Mezzanino has two bedrooms for a total of 5 people: a Superior triple room with a double bed and a single bed with private bathroom, not inside the room (3 people) and a bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom (2 people) .
Villa Vedetta has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 + 4 people : a master suite spread over several floors, on the ground floor there is a small kitchen, a sofa bed and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a double bed and an en suite bathroom. room (2 + 2 people); a double bedroom with sofa bed and en-suite bathroom (2 + 2 persons); a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom (2 people).
Villa Granai has 4 bedrooms for a total of 10 + 2 people : 3 double bedrooms and en-suite bathroom (2 people per room) and a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, small kitchen with living room, sofa bed and another bathroom it is possible to add 2 more single beds (4 + 2 persons).

Far from main population centers and surrounded by greenery, La Villa is the ideal location for fabulous weddings. All the spaces are designed to give you a day you will never forget: an 8000 square meter park, a small church where you can perform the civil ceremony, or the noble salon dating back to the 18th century with a warm and elegant atmosphere, is ideal for celebrating civil rites or for a small aperitif. Finally, the event hall, the old cellar of the Villa, is spacious and elegant, characterized by extreme flexibility of use and which allows to easily divide the spaces inside: even in winter, indoors, you can organize a reception up to to 300 people, with the romanticism of the crackling of the fireplace in the reception hall of the Villa, the old renovated cellar.
