Rome and the international airport are about 180km away, Florence about 130km.
The property is now used as a farmhouse with vacation homes, but in case of use as a single house is easily restored by knocking down the partitions and thus creating a house of value and large size.
There is also the possibility to build an outdoor swimming pool and to purchase additional land.
