Description
Driving along a private road we reach the gate to the villa. On the ground floor we are greeted by the large double living room with large windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The sunlight enters majestically from the large windows from which the sea view is exceptional.
The kitchen located adjacent to the living area is perfectly equipped, a double bedroom, study and two bathrooms complete the ground floor.
From the kitchen and living room there is direct access to the outside, to the impressive porch and to the large and equipped terrace that connects the interior to the solarium and pool area. Climbing a comfortable internal staircase we reach the sleeping area where three bedrooms with bathroom and closet room have been designed to give maximum comfort to guests.

Condition and finishes
The portion of the villa was built in the late 60s, some modernization work is needed but in general the current condition is good. The floors are partly in wood and partly in Vietri ceramic, the bathrooms in ceramic and the kitchen built-in. The villa is excellently exposed to sunlight and unique in its location and charm. Every detail of the residence is designed and positioned according to well-defined aesthetic criteria. Colorful paintings enliven the walls and create a constant reminder of the marine environment.

Santa Margherita Ligure for its elegance in the center of Liguria is also called The Pearl of Tigullio. The town of Santa Margherita is backed by hills covered by typical Mediterranean vegetation of Liguria, on which there are many luxurious villas with gardens overlooking the Dolphin Coast (the stretch of sea that joins Santa Margherita to Portofino).
A town that is therefore very exclusive, it enjoys a strategic location because of its proximity to Portofino and its Regional Nature Park. Santa Margherita is often the site of various social events and activities related to sailing and international regattas.
