The Price is valid up to 44 guests.
*It is possible, upon request, to add up to 8 sleeps (in sofa bed/cot/extra bed) with an extra cost of € 25,00 per person per night.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Final cleaning to be paid on site € 600.00.
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 1000.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00/per pet per week.
