In the completely fenced garden surrounding the house, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, there is a beautiful, enclosed swimming pool for the exclusive use of the clients. The furniture is in Tuscan style.

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access.

One crib (for children up to 3 years old) on request when booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:
Security deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on arrival and kept by the owner for the duration of the stay).
Compulsory final cleaning Euro 60.
Heating Euro 1 per KWH (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 per day each.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount will be required upon confirmation of the reservation.
Payment of the balance is required within 45 days of the start of your stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the stay.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
