Borgo dei Pini

Borgo dei pini consists of 10 houses of different sizes, able to accommodate up to 43 people in the bedrooms, with the possibility of adding another 12 people thanks to sofa beds in the living rooms. Each house is designed to offer maximum privacy and comfort.

The houses include:

Scuderia (40 sqm): A ground-floor house with a cotto tile fireplace, a masonry kitchen, a double bedroom with a wooden bed and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, sofa bed, safe, wifi, and satellite TV. (Sleeps 2+2). Beautiful views of the surrounding fields.

 Forno (45 sqm): A house on the first floor of the oldest building in the village, built in the 1500s. Living room with fireplace, private outdoor area with a table and wrought-iron pergola, masonry kitchen, a double bedroom with a crib, sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, safe, wifi, and satellite TV. (Sleeps 2+2).

Limonaia (35 sqm): A small ground-floor house, 30 meters from the pool, with a pergola covered in wisteria. The kitchen is in masonry with blue tiles, a wood stove in the living room, a double bedroom with a bleached wood bed and built-in wardrobe, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, safe, wifi, and satellite TV. (Sleeps 2+2).

 Fienile (45 sqm): A ground-floor house with a wooden loft, accessible via an old ladder. The living room features a typical Tuscan fireplace, masonry kitchen, a double bedroom, two beds in the loft, bathroom with shower, safe, wifi, and satellite TV. (Sleeps 4). Suitable for guests with disabilities.

 Torretta (55 sqm): A two-story house, part of a stone building from the 1500s. Living room with kitchen, sleeping area upstairs, fireplace, private outdoor area with a table and pergola, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a study with two single beds, safe, wifi, and satellite TV. (Sleeps 4).

 Gallo Nero (68 sqm): A house on the first floor, accessed by an ancient external stone staircase. Large fireplace, masonry kitchen, living room with armchairs and sofa, a double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, and sofa bed. Sleeps 5+2. Equipped with a safe, dishwasher, microwave, wifi, satellite TV, and a wrought-iron gazebo covered in jasmine.

 Volte (68 sqm): A ground-floor house, once used as a stable for oxen. The kitchen is in masonry, with a dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with iron single beds, living room with two sofas, bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4+2. The large pergola covered in wisteria offers a view of the countryside.

 Terrazza (65 sqm): A house with a beautiful private 60 sqm terrace, ideal for those seeking more independence. The kitchen is in masonry, the living room features a fireplace, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4+2. Equipped with a safe, dishwasher, microwave, wifi, and satellite TV.

 Meridiana (90 sqm): A ground-floor house in a 1500s building, once used for storing wine, oil, and food supplies. The kitchen is in masonry, with a large living room and fireplace, two bathrooms with showers, and three double bedrooms (one with a bunk bed). Sleeps 8. Suitable for guests with disabilities. Equipped with a dishwasher, wifi, and satellite TV.

 Loggia (80 sqm): A house with a large 25 sqm wooden loft. Living room with a fireplace and sofas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the loft. Outside, a large pergola shaded by wisteria and a barbecue. Sleeps 6+2. Equipped with a safe, oven, dishwasher, wifi, and satellite TV.

 Common Areas:

 Locanda delle Rose (50 sqm): A shared space for themed dinners, enogastronomic events, cooking courses, meetings, and ceremonies. The rustic-style room features stone floors, a professional kitchen, and artisan wooden furniture.

 Sala Cappuccina: Ideal for events for up to 40-45 people, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, sofas, and a fireplace.

 During your stay, you can enjoy a variety of services:

• A swimming pool (14x6 m - depth: 1.20 m - 1.50 m - 1.20 m), open from May to September
• A beautiful SPA featuring a wood-heated hot tub and a sauna with a stove
